<p><a href="http://ecosmear.com/relay/"> Relay</a>, a directory manager and file uploader, has been released as open source. I haven&#8217;t had a look at the code yet, or attempted to install it myself, but the <a href="http://ecosmear.com/relay/demo/">demo</a> looks good. At the very least, it could be a good base to build upon for other projects.</p>
